Step 1: Share Your Idea
Reach out via our contact form or WhatsApp with whatever you have — a colour palette, a Pinterest board, a room photo, or even just a feeling you want the piece to carry. You don't need a fully formed concept; a starting point is enough.
Step 2: A Conversation, Not a Form
Heta personally reviews every commission request and follows up directly to talk through size, palette, budget, and placement. This is where vague ideas get turned into something specific and achievable.
Step 3: Confirming Details and Price
Once the concept is clear, you'll receive a confirmed price and realistic timeline before anything is finalised — there are no surprise costs partway through.
Step 4: Advance Payment
For custom and made-to-order pieces, an advance payment is required to begin production, with the balance due before dispatch. This is standard practice for bespoke work — it protects both the time and materials committed specifically to your piece.
Step 5: Production
Most custom pieces take 14–15 days from confirmed order and advance payment to completion — longer for large furniture or complex preservation work, which we'll always flag upfront.
Step 6: Delivery
Every piece is carefully packed by hand and shipped across India. For anything unusually large or fragile, we'll discuss delivery logistics with you directly before dispatch.
