Send your wedding varmala, bouquet or dried flowers (we'll guide you on packing and shipping them safely). Heta arranges and sets them in resin — as a wall clock, frame or keepsake panel — preserving colour and form as closely as possible.

As soon as possible — fresher flowers preserve colour better. If that's not possible, dried or pressed flowers still work beautifully, just with a more rustic, muted finish.

Yes — PAN India delivery is available on most pieces. Large furniture items are quoted separately depending on your location due to freight requirements.

Yes — we regularly ship epoxy resin art to Rajkot, Surat, Vadodara and other cities across Gujarat, alongside our home base of Ahmedabad. Delivery within Gujarat is usually quicker than PAN India shipping; exact timelines are confirmed with you at checkout.

Every piece is wrapped, cushioned and boxed by hand before it leaves the studio. If anything arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll make it right.

Yes — international orders are a regular part of our studio craft. We ship pooja thalis, custom nameplates, wedding favours, and artworks to the USA, Canada, Australia, the UK, and UAE via tracked air couriers (DHL, FedEx, India Post). Absolutely. We frequently prepare custom pooja thalis, bulk wedding favours (monogrammed keychains, coasters, bookmarks), and Diwali festive hampers for non-resident Indian families and international events. For bulk orders, we recommend reaching out 4 to 5 weeks before your event to allow adequate time for handmade curing and international air transit.

Made-to-order pieces take about 14–15 days to produce before they're dispatched from our Ahmedabad studio. Carrier transit time is separate and depends on your location — we'll share an estimated delivery date once your piece ships.

Because personalized and made-to-order pieces are created specifically for you, they follow the same policy as the rest of our catalog — we don't accept returns for change of mind, but we'll make it right if a piece arrives damaged or materially different from what was agreed.

Wipe gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid direct, prolonged sunlight (resin can yellow over time with UV exposure) and avoid harsh chemical cleaners — they can dull the finish.

Yes — cured resin is hard, glossy and long-lasting. Functional pieces like coasters, trays and tabletops are sealed for daily use; treat them as you would any fine finished surface.
