How long does international delivery take?

Because each piece is handmade and fully cured in our Ahmedabad studio, production typically takes 10 to 14 business days (14 to 21 days for bulk orders). Once dispatched, air express shipping takes 5 to 8 business days to reach your doorstep.

How do I pay for an international order?

We accept major international credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed securely via Razorpay, as well as direct bank transfers or UPI from NRE/NRO accounts.

Who is responsible for customs duties and import taxes?

In the USA, individual shipments under $800 USD generally enter duty-free under the Section 321 de minimis exemption.
