Every September the same message starts landing on Heta's WhatsApp: "We need 80 Diwali gifts for the team, budget around ₹300 each, can you do it by the first week of November?" The honest answer is usually yes, but only if we start talking now. This is the guide we wish we could send back every time, so here it is in one place: how bulk pricing works, what we can put your logo on, how long it takes, and what we need from you to give a proper quote.
What counts as a bulk order
There is no strict minimum. If you want 12 keychains for a small team, we will make 12 keychains. What changes with quantity is the per-piece price, and those price breaks are already built into the shop. Add the quantity you need to your cart and the rate updates on its own. You do not have to negotiate or wait for a revised quote for standard pieces.
The tiers differ by product because the work differs. A keychain takes a few minutes of hands-on time per piece across several curing days. A 6-inch roli plate with a Ganesha applique and pearl beading takes noticeably longer, so its discount starts at a lower quantity but does not fall as far.
Where the price breaks fall
These are the live rates on the site as of this writing. They are per piece, before shipping, and apply automatically in the cart.
- Personalised resin keychains: ₹299 each for 1 to 9, ₹249 from 10, ₹199 from 50 and ₹149 from 100 pieces. Gold-leaf or dried-botanical fill, engraved initials or an event date on request.
- Logo desk and car stand: ₹199 each, ₹149 from 25 pieces. This one is only ever made with your own logo or brand name cast into the centre.
- Lotus tealight diya stand: ₹149 each, ₹124 from 100 pieces. The most ordered Diwali piece we make.
- Standing Om plaque with pressed flowers: ₹179 each, ₹109 from 50 pieces.
- Gold-leaf coaster set of 3: ₹349 per set, ₹299 from 25 sets. The usual choice for client gifting because it lives on a desk for years.
- 6-inch Ganesha roli plate: ₹699 each, ₹499 from 25 pieces, gift-boxed with a gifting bag.
- 6-inch Ganesh pooja thali: ₹599 each, ₹499 from 50 pieces, with two built-in diya cups.
If your budget sits between two products, tell us the number. We would rather adjust the size or the finish than have you pick something that does not fit the occasion.
What we can brand, and what we cannot
Resin takes branding well in three ways, and poorly in one.
Works well
- A logo cast into the piece. On the desk stand and the roli plates we place your logo under the top layer of resin, so it is sealed in and cannot peel or scratch off. Send a vector file or a clean high-resolution PNG.
- Engraved text. Initials, a name, a date, or a short line like "10 Years Together" on keychains, coasters and the base of stands.
- Colour matching. We mix pigments to sit close to your brand colours. Close, not exact. Resin pigments are not Pantone inks, and a metallic or marbled finish will read slightly differently in each piece. If you need an exact flat corporate blue on every unit, resin is the wrong material and we will say so.
Does not work
- Full-colour photographic prints across a whole surface. The image warps under the resin dome.
- Very fine text under 2 mm. It fills in and becomes unreadable.
How long a bulk order takes
Made-to-order pieces normally take 14 to 15 days in the studio before dispatch. For bulk orders we quote 15 to 24 days of production depending on quantity and how much personalisation is involved, then courier time on top: 3 to 8 days across India, and 6 to 9 business days by air to the USA, Canada, Australia or the UK.
That timeline exists because resin cures in layers and each layer needs a full day or more before the next pour. A hundred desk stands means a hundred bases, a hundred plaques and a hundred logo layers, each cured properly. We can add hands, but we cannot make resin set faster without bubbles and soft spots, and those show up as complaints three weeks after the party.
For Diwali 2026, Lakshmi Puja falls on Sunday 8 November and Dhanteras on Friday 6 November. Most offices distribute gifts in the week before. Working back from that, a bulk order confirmed by around 5 October is comfortable. After 15 October we can still take smaller runs, but not 100-plus personalised pieces. How the process works, step by step
- Send the brief. Use the contact form and choose "Bulk / corporate gifting", or WhatsApp Heta directly. Include the quantity, the budget per piece, the occasion, the date you need the gifts in hand, and the delivery city. If you already have a product in mind, name it.
- Get a quote and a layout. You will hear back within a day with a per-piece price, a shipping estimate and, where a logo is involved, a simple layout showing where it sits and how large it will be.
- Approve one sample piece. For orders with a logo or a specific colour we make one piece first and send photos. If you are in Ahmedabad you can see it in person. Changes happen at this stage, not after 80 pieces are cured.
- Advance and production. An advance confirms the order and locks your slot in the production calendar. The balance is due before dispatch, as set out in our terms.
- Packing and dispatch. Keychains ship in individual sleeves with a backing card. Roli plates and thalis go in gift boxes. Everything is packed by hand at the studio with foam corners and double-walled cartons, and you get a tracking number the day it leaves.
Packaging options
Standard packaging is included in the prices above. If you want the gift to look finished the moment it is handed over, ask about organza pouches for keychains, printed thank-you cards with your logo, or a mixed hamper that pairs a roli plate with a tealight holder and a Shubh Labh door hanging. Hampers are quoted separately because the box and assembly add cost, but they are the easiest way to make a ₹600 budget feel like more.
Common questions from HR and admin teams
Can we split one order across two cities?
Yes. Part of an order can go to a head office in Ahmedabad and the rest to teams in Surat, Vadodara, Rajkot or any other city. Each destination is packed and tracked separately.
Can we mix colours in one order?
Yes, and for gifting it usually looks better. A run of 50 tealight holders in five colours reads as handmade. Fifty identical ones read as stock.
What if a piece arrives damaged?
Send photos of the piece and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery and we replace it. Breakage on bulk orders is rare because of how they are packed, but we plan for one or two spares on anything over 50 pieces.
